BREAKFAST: Pomegranate Muesli

red pepper and carrot slices with Spicy Bean Dip
leftover Dr Fuhrman's Anti-cancer soup
apple or other piece of fresh fruit
(for those who need extra calories add nut butter with the apple)

Artichoke Lentil Loaf
Mushroom Stroganoff
steam asparagus
