week 3, day 1, level 2, Dr Joel Fuhrman's recipes

BREAKFAST:  Banana Cashew Lettuce Wrap

LUNCH: Greek chickpea salad (the bottom of the page)
melon or other fresh fruit

DINNER: mixed greens salad with Blueberry Pomegranate Dressing
(we used balsamic vinegar)
Dr. Fuhrman's Famous Anti-cancer soup
(for those needing extra calories add dried raisins, blueberries, walnuts to salad)

DESSERT:  Red Velvet Sorbet
