Almond Feta
Pinenut Parmesan
Cashew Brie Wheel
Pinenut Ricotti
Almond Yogurt
Sour Cream
Cheddar Cheese
Almond Ice Cream
Hot Cacao
Almond Milk
soak 1 cup of almonds for 8 hours
4 dates for sweetened, none for unsweetened
4 cups of water
Blend in a high speed blender. Drain through a nut milk bag. This stores for 4-5 days.
