This is a take off from Clean Eating, p 55, "Spicy Lime Vinaigrette", June 2015 altering to meet our needs and taste.
Ingredients:
12 TBS lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 balsamic vinegar
4 tsp raw sugar
2/3 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
whisk together. We put it in a mason jar with a pour cap.
