Raw Blueberry Banana Cobbler
Blueberry Banana Cobbler
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
Filling
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup dried mulberries
Directions:
Process mulberries in the food processor until ground. Add vanilla, banana and blueberries. Process until well mixed
Pour into bowl
Topping
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSP almonds, chopped
Directions:
Combine ingredients
Sprinkle over the cobbler filling
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
