April potluck

This month's theme is food containing a pastel ingredient. The group was small due to the holiday weekend and everything tasted wonderful!

Pastel Salad
bibb lettuce, yellow tomatoes, mushroom
cucumber, artichoke
chickpeas, pine nuts
yellow pepper, fermented carrots
with a sweet onion dressing

Hummus, cucumbers and celery sticks

Pears and pineapple slices

Avocado Tacos:
2 avocadoes
2 tomatoes
onion, cilantro
lemon juice, orange juice
wrapped in romaine leaves
