Here’s what you need:
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup raw spinach (or kale)
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Scoop the flesh from the avocados and place in a food processor with the spinach, garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse until well blended.
- Add salt to taste and enjoy!!
