We love raw broccoli salad
Ingredients:
5 cups chopped broccoli
1 pear or apple chopped
1/2 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raisins, pomegranate seeds, or dry cranberries
1 red onion diced
dressing:
1/2 cup white Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 TBSP honey or maple syrup
1 lemon juiced
Make the dressing, mixing well.
Combined all the salad ingredients
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss
