Raw Vegetable Antipasto

This recipe is from Raw Food for Dummies, page 236, and delicious.
1/2 cup freshly juiced orange
1 1/2 TBS freshly squeezed lemon
2 TBS extra-virgin olive oil
2 TBS cold-pressed flax oil
1/2 tsp Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 garlic clove crushed
1/2 tsp powdered mustard
1/4 pound green beans
1/4 crimini mushrooms
1 cup broccoli (or 1/2 cup cauliflower/ 1/2 cup broccoli)
1 zucchini sliced
1/2 red bell pepper

Directions: Combine the marinade, stirring well in a large bowl. Add the vegetables and toss. Marinade for 8 hours.
