Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 cup berries
1 cup almond milk
2 TBS maple syrup or honey
3 TBS chia seeds
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Combine everything in a bowl and gently stir. Pour 1/2 cup of mix into serving dishes. Chill for ~ 2 hours and serve.
