I made Broccoli Cheddar Soup one day from leftovers BUT didn't write down what I did. I'm trying it again.
Ingredients:
2 batches aquafaba cheddar
1 pound broccoli oversteamed
2 cups almond milk
2 TBS nutritional yeast
2 TBS tapioca starch
2 cups vegetable broth
salt and pepper to taste
Place everything in a large pot and heat until desired temperature.
