 - 1 organic red bell pepper
 - 1 organic Fuji apple or ½ cup chopped jicama

 - 2 to 3 organic scallions
 - ½ cup of sunflower seeds, soaked for four to six hours
 - ½ cup pomegranate kernels or 1 chopped starfruit
 
Procedure:
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place into a bowl.
