Ingredients:
6 cups of blackberries
2 cups of gluten free flour
1 cup sugar
2 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup hemp seeds
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups of flax milk
Directions:
preheat the oven at 350
whisk together the dry ingredients
mix in the wet ingredients
pour the batter into 2 parchment paper lined pie pans
add 3 cups of blackberries over the top and push in the berries
bake for 40 minutes
Ingredients:
2 yellow squash, 1/4" discs
2 zucchini, 1/4" discs
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 peppers, diced
chicotta
Follow Your Heart Feta crumbles

Basil
2 Wholly Gluten free pie shells
Directions: we basically followed the directions from vitacost. We spread the chicotta on the bottom the pie shell. added the sauteed veggies and herbs. We topped it with more chicotta and the feta. We baked it at 400 for 25-30 minutes.

We didn't fry them or add oil. We baked them at 350 for 10 minutes on each side. They turned out nice; however, I like the beet, bean and mushroom burgers better.
