I used a few sub...I made this and it was delicious! I used a few substitutions...olive oil instead of walnut oil (which I couldn't find), 2/3c. pomegranate juice reduced over heat to 1/3c., and extra walnuts to make up for the missing oil. My family was asking me to make it again as soon as they finished the first bowl!
